Having a high vibration is healthy for the mind, body, and soul and It also allows amazing energy to come back to us.
When we spend out time in a low vibration of either anger, fear, jealousy, guilt, or shame it not only affects our mind, but it affects our bodies and health as well.
If we want good things to happen and if we want a great live, we have to learn to keep out vibrations up! Or at the very least, neutral.
