I know from experience that sometimes it can be easier to blame other people for the way we feel. Especially when someone pisses us off or hurts our feelings. But it is important to start taking responsibility for our own thoughts and feelings. Understanding WHY we felt a certain way can really help us in taking that responsibility. Once we understand why, we can begin to better ourselves and heal.
