I can't believe it has been almost a year since I was last here with you and at the same time I can totally believe it. 
So very grateful to be back with you, I have soooo much to share.
In this episode I share about some the realizations I have been having as I am on the journey of reclaiming, understanding, embracing, connecting with my feminine.  I am amazed at all of the subtle ways we as a society shame the feminine.
