When you hear the term 'business plan', it is easy to be put off by the thought of some huge complicated dossier, or to be presented in a beautiful fancy slides :). However, having the courage to take the first step out is relatively hard for most of the young people, who have an amazing idea but don't have time to devote themselves into.  We think how to create the right team and how to find your target market in the beginning phase are something worth to be discussed. The alignments for young professionals to create their own business in the Chinese markets/ UK markets also have a huge gap.
