Dating is a part of life,  it’s how we connect with another individual to build a partnership by getting to know them and about them. Dating for me was a new experience after being in a long-term committed relationship for years, having to start over and get to know someone new was weird.  It  brought up a lot of insecurities that I faced growing up and still had. In this episode, I talk about how dating has not only effected my romantic life, but how it also pushed me to go back within and rediscover myself. To date myself and fall more in love with me. Not seeking external validation or approval. Learning from the lessons it has taught me on my journey. I was able to see where I went wrong when I started dating again. How I was seeking external validation and not loving on myself enough. And on the journey I went from “I’m not looking for anything serious” to knowing exactly what I want and deserve.
