During high school Luc Carter unfortunately lost his good friend to suicide. He speaks on how he dealt with this trauma and the way this loss affected him.  Luc speaks about how just before his 18th birthday he had the intention of taking his own life. Thankfully, he managed to overcome this with support and therapy. Luc tells us the techniques he used to help him get through his struggles, such as connecting with yourself and being mindful. Luc is now an advocate for positive mental health and wants to show people that you can overcome your struggles and no matter what you are going through you have people around you who will support you and love you.
