Mental health, nutrition, exercise, nature and community - it's all linked. From a perspective of lived experience and professional experience working in healthcare services, private and charity sector - I have developed a podcast in order to talk about, discuss and empower every body to feel their best through positive nutrition, movement and mental wellbeing support.
We are the sum of our parts, and a holistic approach to health and wellbeing is something that we need more of. Singular actions alone will not help you to feel your best, and neither will punishing gym regimes. Looking into the science and background of a non-diet approach to nutrition, making movement fun and accessible, and exploring our understanding of how these aspects of our health are enmeshed with our mental health - we will start to make sense of it all together.
