Rachel Kapp, M.Ed., BCET, and Stephanie Pitts, M.Ed., BCET welcome Elizabeth to the podcast. Elizabeth shares how she explored her own journey and was able to “connect the dots” of her own story and explore her autism diagnosis as an adult. She shares her workplace accommodations with us and talks about making the decision to mask her autism in some situations and unmask in others. She even shares how her autism has informed her parenting and her role as a learning specialist.
